Rick Jackson’s Testimonial

Phil,

I am not one to normally take the time to write a client testimonial, but with the way your exercise regimen has changed my life, I felt compelled to make sure you and others knew what an impact your guidance and motivation has been.

When I came to you on March 10, 2010 (20+ lbs heavier and 4 inches larger in the waist than today), I am not sure either of us thought I would be coming back.  You did though somehow make it inviting to do so.  As you know, I have worked out with you and at the Training Station several times a week ever since.  Over the past three months, I’ve really appreciated the guidance on how to get the most out of my workouts and showing me proper use of equipment, the Saturday run workshops, and of course the right shoes to do all of that in.  More importantly, I really appreciate the personal challenges, and taking the time to know just how far to push me.  You do all of this in a way that keeps me wanting to come back as often as possible.

I am in the best physical condition that I have been in more than 20 years (15% increase in aerobic capacity since March 10 according to your calculations), and I actually enjoy working out now.  I owe a large amount of the credit to you.

I would recommend you to anyone!

Good Luck to Our Broad Street Runners!

A bunch of our members will be participating in the country’s largest 10-mile race tomorrow. They trained hard for the race. Some of them have suffered through injuries. They all have been heroic and deserve admiration.

May they be triumphant!
